BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
- Booking amount – 100% Advance for Ticket booking.
- Booking amount – 50% of total package at the time of booking
- Balance payment of 50% of total package cost to be clear before 20 days prior of the departure date.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation charges may apply as follows: for Domestic Tours
- 31-60 days before departure: 30% of total cost.
- 30-15 days before departure: 60% of total cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
Cancellation charges may apply as follows: for International Tours
- 60-90 days before departure: 50 % of total cost.
- 59-30 days before departure: 75% of total cost.
- 29 Days & Under: No refund.
Note: For Some Hotels Cancellation Policy Will Be As Per the Hotel Policy Which Will Be Intimated To You.
In case of cancellation within 45 Days you would be provided credit note which can be Utilized in same tour within the span of 6 Month by the same person only in tour package.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Airlines are controlled by DGCA under its policies and as a tour operator we do not have any control over refund, rescheduling or amendments. In case of Bankruptcy declared by an airline, the norms will be governed by the NCLT of India and the cost of the new Airticket will have to be borne by the passengers only. In case if passenger decides to cancel the trip, cancellation charges will be applicable as per policy.
- Rates & Offers are Dynamic and it cannot be same for all the passengers travelling in same group.
- Original Passport with minimum validity of 06 months at the time returning from the tour with at least three unused/blank visa pages (please attach old passport if you have).
- It will be client's responsibility to check the validity of your passports, if children travelling together parents will have to check the validity of their children's passports. PARV TRAVELS will not be responsible at all if passenger is not able to travel due to passport validity expiry.
- We do not have refund policy, we give credit notes only if the booking is cancelled by the passengers.
- Under exceptional circumstances (breakdowns, delays due to traffic problems, weather problems, strikes, sports and religious events, congresses, sanitary precautions and protocols or other complex situations), PARV TRAVELS reserves the right to modify the sites visited, the order of the visits on certain days or the stages of the itineraries.
- In case of cancellation before 45 days you would be provided credit note which can be utilized in any international tour within the span of 6 months by the same person only in tour package.
- Flight cost and availability are subject to change at time of actual booking. We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised.
- All the travelers must clear all their payments 20 days prior to their tour departure failing to which company has the right to cancel their booking without notice.
- There will not be porter facility (luggage hand ling) throughout the tour. The passengers have to handle their own luggage. It's an individual's responsibility to take care of own luggage.
- All travelers have to carry their own passports, tickets, forex & any other important documents. It is recommended to leave passport photocopy at your resident, & carry one copy while travelling.
- Passengers having excess baggage over 20 Kgs per person in check in baggage & 07 Kgs in hand luggage are liable to pay excess baggage charge directly at airport.
- PARV TRAVELS holds no responsibility for any loss of luggage, injuries or death or theft during the tour. We arrange services like airline, visas, hotels, sightseeing, meals, etc. on behalf of its clients.
- Please note that in many destinations, particularly in Europe, Asia, and remote areas, porterage services may not be available at hotels, train stations, or other transit points. Travelers are responsible for carrying their own luggage.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
- Passports, Pancard, visas, and health certificates are the responsibility of the traveler.
- Ensure your passport is valid for at least 06 months beyond your return date.
- ADULT: Adhar card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport
- CHILD 5 - 11: Adhar card / School ID / Passport
- CHILD 2 - 4: School Id / Birth Certificate / Passport
- INFANT: Birth Certificate / Passport
- 01 Passport size photo on system
Things to Carry Along
- 03 Passport Size Photos.
- 03 photocopies of Adhar card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport.
- Mobile phone with appropriate sim card / Roaming number for international tour.
- Along with your necessary clothing and toiletries carry face masks, sun screen lotion, hand sanitizer, sun glasses, cap, sports shoes, umbrella / windcheater, camera etc. and woollens if needed
- If on medication, carry sufficient stock of medicines with prescription
Travel Insurance
- It is strongly recommended that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
- The company will not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the trip.
Changes by the Company
- The company reserves the right to change travel arrangements in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, alternative arrangements of similar standard will be offered.
Health and Safety
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.
- COVID-19 protocols (if applicable) must be followed at all times.
Late Arrivals and Missed Departures
- It is the traveler's responsibility to arrive at designated departure points on time.
- The Company will not refund or reschedule services missed due to delays caused by the traveler (e.g., oversleeping, missed flights).
